SHIPPING POLICY

​​We ship our products using Australia Post and ship WORLDWIDE.
We charge a flat rate for all our postage, which is calculated by the postage type you select, standard, standard with signature on delivery or express, and the location the order is being sent, with default delivery instructions 'leave in a safe place' as per Australia Post T&C.

If you reside outside of Australia, our flat rate shipping charge covers parcels up to 1KG, if your order is over 1KG there maybe a weight surcharge from our couriers and we may invoice you the additional charges before sending your items.

Xclusiv Gaming will make 1 delivery attempt at the delivery address provided on your order, so it's vital you ensure all details are correct on your order.
If your order was unable to be delivered and is return to us there maybe be additional shipping charge for further delivery attempts or if you used an incorrect/incomplete address on the order your parcel maybe unretrievable and maybe be lost.
If you placed an order and you have not paid shipping for your items, we will contact you via your supplied contact details and you'll be sent an invoice for shipping.
If you've been sent an invoice for shipping and the invoice becomes over due and/or we are unable to contact you with the details you provided you'll be given 14days from point of our contact attempt to pay the invoices or your order maybe refunded if it is in new sellable condition or forfeited if your order was opened as part of our RIP N SHIP program.
​RIP N SHIP - Shipping

Shipping for our RIP N SHIP operates on a 7day cycle, with all orders being packaged and shipped out each MONDAY and is setup for customers participating in our Tiktok, Youtube and Twitch livestreams.

This means, you pay postage on your first order and then use 'add to an existing order' for every order thereafter to combined all your orders together in the same parcel for the week.

Any 'sealed product' orders you place will be combined with the live stream orders and posted on Mondays, unless additional postage is paid for the next-day dispatch, as per 'sealed product - shipping' below.
Duck Race shipping is included in the price of the spots, therefore no shipping is required to be paid for customers located within Australia and the prize will be sent free of charge. If you reside outside of Australia postage maybe required and you maybe sent an invoice for the cost shipping.

​​​SEALED PRODUCT - Shipping
​​Shipping for any 'sealed product' is eligible for our next-day dispatch, provided it meets a few conditions as stated below:
- postage has been paid on the order.
- 'please send sealed' is added in the note section at checkout.
- Item is in stock and available.​​

If no shipping has been paid and you have RIP N SHIP orders, we will add the sealed product to your RIP N SHIP orders and ship on Monday.

If you don't pay postage for your order, Xclusiv Gaming will contact you to arrange shipping as per our standard shipping policy.​

Shipping Estimates
We process and ship orders every MONDAY.
​
We use Australia Post and their estimates for deliveries within Australia, which are as follows:
- For Standard Postage, shipping times are estimated to arrive between 2-6 business days.
- For Express Postage, shipping times are estimated to arrive between 1-3 business days.

Estimates for deliveries outside Australia are as follows
- For Standard Postage, shipping times are estimated 14+ business days.

Postal Insurance
All parcels are sent with no insurance, if you would like insurance added to your order, which we recommend for parcels of higher value, please contact us to arrange a quote.
